With the MC2 Plus, Xtar now brings a new
edition of the compact 2-bay LiIon charger from the MC series. It is very easy
to use, charges reliably and safely any LiIon batteries up to 21700 size.
Power is supplied via MicroUSB 5V 2.1A - simply use the mobile phone charging
plug, a USB hub (or free port on the PC) or even a solar panel for operation.
The MC2 Plus offers 2 charging currents: 0.5 or 1A, the latter also for two
batteries at the same time. The charging status and charging current are
displayed individually for each slot via easy-to-read LEDs. Fast enough to
completely and safely charge two Sony VTC5 in about 2.5 hours. Of course,
the correct CC/CV charging procedure is applied and the 0V repair function for
deeply discharged batteries is also available again. The Xtar MC2 Plus is
supplied in a practical carrying case.
